Dr Frances Orr
Dr Orr is a specialist anaesthesiologist working in private practice in Cape Town. After obtaining her MBChB(cum laude) from the University of Cape Town in 2009, she spent time in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal, working as a rural doctor and a medical officer in anaesthetics and paediatrics. She received both her Diploma in Child Health and her Diploma in Anaesthetics in 2014, winning the John Couper medal for the top examination candidate in anaesthetics. She returned to Cape Town to complete her specialist training and was awarded the Fellowship of the College of Anaesthetists, cum laude, in 2019. She completed her master’s in medicine (Mmed) in Anaesthesia during this time and her research was published in the South African Journal of Medicine. Dr Orr has been a member of Anaesthesia Cape Town(ACT) anaesthetics practice since 2020 and also holds a periodical consultant post at the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital. When not working, Frances can be found hiking in nature with her husband and two children.
Dr Alae Conradie
Dr Conradie is a specialist anaesthesiologist with special interest inophthalmic anaesthesia and sedation. She completed her medical degree cum laude at the University of Stellenbosch in 2011, after which she gained valuable clinical experience at the Johannesburg Academic - and Kimberley Hospitals before returning home to the University of Cape Town to specialise in Anaesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine. All her qualifications were awarded distinctions, including the Fellowship of the College of Anaesthesiologists (FCA) and Master of Medicine (MMed) degrees. Her thesis, which was also awarded the departmental research prize, was published in the acclaimed British Journal of Anaesthesia in 2019.
In 2020, Dr Conradie joined the Southern Anaesthetics group, where she continues working full time in private practice. During her free time, Alae can be found enjoying a good book or spending quality time in nature with her husband and three children (one human and two canine).
Annerine Mcgeer
Annerine Mcgeer, our Senior Skincare Therapist, has been in the Industry for more than 15years. With local and international experience, working in the USA, London, South Africa and Seychelles.
Annerine strives for excellence, and prides herself in creating, guiding and accompanying each patient through a individualised treatment plan, to ensure lasting results, and a high level of service and care.

Klara McClunan
Klara McClunan qualified as a Dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutrition, which she graduated with distinction from the University of Stellenbosch.
She focuses on patients' individual needs and uses an integrative approach to patient care. Evidence-based nutrition practices are the cornerstone of how she treats her patients. Klara McClunan believes in adopting and focusing on a healthy lifestyle, restoring emotional and physical balance through diet, nutrition and exercise.
She has special interests in body composition optimisation, pregnancy and breastfeeding, neonates and paediatric growth.
